13-Year-Old Girl Shoots 11-Year-Old Boy in the Head

St. Paul, Minnesota – An 11-year-old boy is fighting for his life after police suspect he was shot in the head by a 13-year-old girl. The incident occurred on Friday night when officers responded to a report of a person shot in the 800 block of Pierce Butler Route.
