The shots were reportedly intended for targets in a nearby pasture, but several bullets veered dangerously close to the players and spectators.
Among those caught in the terrifying incident were Ashley Solano and her 11-year-old son, Liam. Ashley recounted the horrifying moment a bullet narrowly missed her face. The incident sparked a wave of panic among the spectators and players, with parents and children frantically seeking cover.

The sheriff’s office received a firearms complaint around 9:50 a.m. Shortly after, a call reported that a 27-year-old man had been shot in the shoulder.
