A fatal shooting incident occurred at a popular Nolita bar, Tom & Jerry’s, which is recognized for its appearance in the HBO series “Girls.” A part-time security guard, aged 39, was the unfortunate victim of this incident, as confirmed by law enforcement officials.
The incident took place at the bar located at 288 Elizabeth Street. An unidentified individual opened fire on a crowd that had gathered outside the establishment around 3:30 a.m. The bullets broke through the bar’s glass window, hitting the victim twice in the chest and once in the stomach, according to a police spokesperson.
