Man Accused of Killing Wife, Father, and Grandmother

A New York resident, Joshua Fowler, 26, is facing charges for the alleged murder of his wife, father, and grandmother. The tragic incident occurred at their shared residence in Grafton, approximately 40 miles west of Boston. The victims have been identified as Whitney Fowler, Wilson Fowler, and Anita Crandall.

According to law enforcement and local news reports, the incident followed a heated argument between Joshua and his wife. The police had previously been called to the Fowler residence multiple times due to domestic disturbances.

Eleanor Crandall, Joshua’s mother, revealed to local media that her son has been struggling with mental health issues for years and has consistently refused to seek help. She expressed her grief and anger towards her son, stating, “To me, my son died that night, too,” and “I hate him,” emphasizing the gravity of her words.

Eleanor Crandall also shared a chilling prediction she made years ago about her son’s violent tendencies. She recalled telling his father when Joshua was 15, “You need to get him mental help because he’s going to kill somebody someday.”

Joshua Fowler is now facing charges of first-degree murder, second-degree murder, and a weapons charge in relation to the triple homicide. His actions have been widely condemned by friends, family, and the community.

Alexa Moak, a close friend of Whitney Fowler, expressed her hope that Joshua realizes the gravity of his actions. She said, “If he hears it, I hope he realizes the things that he did and knows that they’re wrong and knows that he just took somebody’s mom, somebody’s family, somebody’s sister, somebody’s daughter.”
