Man Dies After Being Stabbed Six Times in the Back by Group

A 33-year-old man was fatally stabbed multiple times in the back following a dispute inside a convenience store in Harlem early Saturday morning, according to police and local sources. The incident occurred at the 8th Avenue Food Convenience on Frederick Douglass Boulevard at 142nd Street, where the victim was reportedly attacked by a group of four to six individuals around 5:30 a.m.

After the assault, the wounded man managed to run a block before collapsing on the corner of West 141st Street, as per police sources. Despite the efforts of emergency medical services, who quickly transported him to NYC Health and Hospitals Harlem, the man’s injuries proved fatal.
