Officer Moroni Mendez of the Glendale Police Department reported that three individuals succumbed to their injuries, while five others were wounded either by bullets or shrapnel. The incident occurred on May 4, 2025, and involved at least nine people.
The restaurant was bustling with patrons at the time of the incident, many of whom were attending a particular event.
