Woman Poses as CPS Worker to Lure 4-Year-Old to Her Home
This week, a 44-year-old woman from Ohio was arrested for allegedly touching and “rubbing” a 4-year-old boy in front of his house. The woman, Lisa Nacrelli, was attempting to lure the child back to her home and claiming to be a Child Protective Services (CPS) case worker.
