Urgent Search Underway for Three Young Sisters Last Seen with Homeless Father

Authorities in Washington state are engaged in an urgent search for three young girls who were last seen with their father, who is currently homeless. The girls, Paityn Decker, 9, Evelyn Decker, 8, and Olivia Decker, 5, were last seen on Friday evening during a planned visit with their father, Travis Decker, 32, according to the Wenatchee Police Department.

The girls’ mother, Whitney Decker, has made a public appeal for assistance in locating her daughters. She stated that Travis was scheduled to return the girls to her at 8 p.m. on Friday, but failed to do so. She also mentioned that the police have traced his movements northward from Wenatchee shortly after the girls were last seen.

Whitney Decker has asked the public to be vigilant and to report any sightings of Travis, whose phone is currently switched off. She also mentioned that all hotels in Wenatchee and East Wenatchee have been searched to no avail.

The police have confirmed that both parents mutually agreed upon the visitation. However, they noted that Travis has deviated from the agreed-upon parenting plan, which is unusual and concerning. Travis, who is homeless, has been living in his vehicle, a white 2017 GMC Sierra, or at various motels or campgrounds in the area.

The police have been unable to establish contact with Travis since the girls’ disappearance. While the case does not meet the criteria for an AMBER Alert, an Endangered Missing Person Alert has been issued through the Washington State Patrol.

Travis Decker is described as being 5 feet 8 inches tall, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a light shirt and dark shorts. His pickup truck has Washington plates with the number DC0165C. The police have released a wanted poster with this information.

The police have also provided descriptions of the girls. Paityn Decker was last seen wearing a blue shirt, purple shorts, and pink Nikes. Olivia was wearing a coral or pink shirt. Evelyn has blond hair and brown eyes. The authorities are urging anyone who recognizes Decker or his daughters to call 911 immediately.
