Spokane, Washington – A tragic incident occurred on Halloween night when a 4-year-old boy was fatally attacked by his family dog. Another neighbor, Heather Sandy, expressed shock and disbelief at the tragic event, emphasizing that the child was kind, loving, and full of energy. She mourned the loss of such a vibrant young life and lamented that she would never have the chance to see or hear him again.
