(TheDailyHorn.com) – Is it any wonder that some of the public doesn’t trust President Joe Biden or the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as the nation heads into the third year of COVID-19 pandemic? In June 2021, America learned from a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request that Dr. Anthony Fauci wasn’t transparent with the American people. In September, a Kaiser Family Foundation poll said the public’s trust was waning.
Now, emails obtained by a nonpartisan whistleblower show that the National Institutes of Health (NIH) deleted evidence of potential wrongdoing at the request of the Wuhan Institute of Virology. During the same month that COVID-19 was declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization, and two months after Wuhan, China, emerged as the epicenter of the virus’s origin, a scientist at the lab requested numerous entries be deleted from a NIH database.

The emails were obtained by the Empower Oversight group. The group said there is evidence that the emails show that the NIH refused to transparently examine all data on the deleted sequences to glean information about COVID-19’s origins. Some believe it jumped from bats to humans in a Wuhan market. Still, others are concerned that COVID-19 escaped from the Wuhan lab conducting tests to learn more about coronaviruses.
